Payment Rules
After enrollment, students are required to pay the full tuition no later than 72 hours before the first class of the term begins. Failure to do so will result in being denied entry to the classroom. A late fee of $25 will be charged for late payment.

Leave Policy
To ensure the progress and quality of teaching, if a student needs to take a leave for personal reasons, the tuition fee will not be refunded. The student is welcome to join other classes with the same price.
If the studio's reasons or extreme weather conditions lead to the closure of community facilities, preventing students from completing their learning plans, the studio will retain the corresponding class hours. These hours will be carried over to the next semester for use.
Refund Policy
If a student chooses to withdraw for personal reasons, the tuition fee will be refunded according to the following proportions:
Withdrawal after 1-3 classes: 50% of the total semester tuition will be refunded.
Withdrawal after 4-7 classes: 30% of the total semester tuition will be refunded.
Withdrawal after 8 classes: No refund will be provided for the entire semester tuition.
"Shenyue Dance Studio" reserves the right to:
Adjust class schedules as needed.
Refuse and/or cancel student registrations and admissions.
